This privacy notice explains how Wasatch PPF handles information submitted through its configured email-signup service and messages sent to contact@wasatchppf.com. It is limited to those two routes. It does not describe every type of information that a commercial website, hosting provider, or future service may process.
Email signup
The signup invitation is: “Join the Wasatch PPF list for useful guides and future site updates.” The form asks for your email address and requires you to select a checkbox accepting: “I agree to receive email updates from Wasatch PPF.”
When you sign up, the module stores your email address, a duplicate-check hash, the signup time, the source page path, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status in the site’s WordPress database. The stored source path identifies the page where signup occurred but excludes query strings and page fragments.
The current launch setup collects addresses for future Wasatch PPF guides and site updates. Newsletter delivery, confirmation messages, and unsubscribe features require separate future configuration and are not part of the current collection setup.
Contact messages
If you email contact@wasatchppf.com, the message includes your email address, the content you provide, and any attachments you choose to send. That information is used to review and respond to your question or privacy request. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for the request.
Access to signup records
Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export, and remove email-signup records. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools also include newsletter records. Signup records remain in the database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
The module also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. Those temporary records are subject to periodic cleanup. Other technical logs may be created elsewhere in the website or hosting stack and are not covered by this module description.
Your choices
To ask whether a signup record is associated with you, request a copy, or request removal, email contact@wasatchppf.com and identify the email address used to join the list. Additional information may be needed to verify and complete the request.
Other websites
Wasatch PPF may link to websites operated by other organizations. Those websites maintain their own privacy information and practices. Review the applicable policy before providing information through an external website.
